Cozy fall full moon sound bath

Come cleanse and recharge in the full moon energy for a cozy fall sound bath at The Om Dome nestled in the mountains of Roxbury, Maine with a beautiful view and peaceful surroundings. Bath in the sound frequencies of crystal singing bowls and align and balance your energetic body. Find a new sense of relaxation you've never experienced before. Bring a comfy mat to lay on and meditate, or if you don't meditate bring along a quiet hobby like a book or knitting to do. Bring your coziest blankets, pillow, or eye mask to get as comfortable as possible. We have 5 mats for use if you don't have one AND we now offer sound bath rolls at a first come first serve basis. We currently have 3 rolls. Please arrive a little early to use rest room and find a spot before starting. The sound bath will last about 45 minutes and you can take your time packing up and leaving to let the effects settle before driving. I love answering questions about my instruments and how they work after so feel free to hang around and chat. Bring a friend and get a free mini reiki session at the end! Lets purge some energy that no longer serves us, and leave feeling lighter and calmer. This event is donation based, so that cost does not deter people from the healing benefits they require. You can make a cash or Venmo donation at the door in whatever amount you are able to give. The suggested donation for those able is $25.
