About the event
Cozy up in candle light and enjoy a 45 minute long sound bath by Lunar Peacock Energy Work. Let the sounds of crystal singing bowls and chimes lull you into a meditative state while you curl up in your softest blanket. you should also bring a yoga mat or something comfy to lay on & a small pillow if you have them, and a bottle of water. if you use eye masks, those are great as well. dress in comfy clothing, pjs encouraged, and prepare to purge what no longer serves you. if you don't meditate, you're welcome to read, journal, do a quiet craft like crochet, or even do some yoga. whatever comes to you. all my sound baths are pay what you can donation, with a suggested amount of $25. I look forward to many future sound baths in this location.
