Sound Bath @ The Om Dome

Come enjoy a magical sound bath at The Om Dome nestled in the mountains of Roxbury, Maine with a beautiful view and peaceful surroundings. Bath in the sound frequencies of crystal singing bowls and align and balance your energetic body. Find a new sense of relaxation you've never experienced before. Bring a comfy mat to lay on and meditate, or if you don't meditate bring along a quiet hobby like a book or knitting to do. Bring any blankets, pillow, or eye mask to get as comfortable as possible. We have 5 mats for use if you don't have one. First come first serve. Please arrive a little early to use rest room and find a spot before starting.
