About the event
Come follow a beginners yoga routine lead by North while listening to a relaxing sound bath played by Jasmine and align and balance your energy body on multiple levels. At The Om Dome nestled in the mountains of Roxbury, Maine with a beautiful view and peaceful surroundings you will find a new sense of relaxation you've never experienced before. Bring a yoga mat and comfy clothes to participate, and if you want to come for the sound bath but not the yoga, you are welcome to find a space in the nook to meditate or do a quiet hobby. We have 9 mats for use if you don't have one. First come first serve. Please arrive a little early to use the rest room and find a spot before starting.
