Sound Bath Yoga @ The Om Dome

Come follow a beginners yoga routine lead by North while listening to a relaxing sound bath played by Jasmine and align and balance your energy body on multiple levels. At The Om Dome nestled in the mountains of Roxbury, Maine with a beautiful view and peaceful surroundings you will find a new sense of relaxation you've never experienced before. Bring a yoga mat and comfy clothes to participate, and if you want to come for the sound bath but not the yoga, you are welcome to find a space in the nook to meditate or do a quiet hobby. We have 9 mats for use if you don't have one. First come first serve. Please arrive a little early to use the rest room and find a spot before starting. The sound bath will last an hour and you can take your time packing up and leaving to let the effects settle before driving. I love answering questions about my instruments and how they work after so feel free to hang around and chat. I offer donation based tarot readings and mini reiki sessions to anyone who wants one after the sound bath ends. Just ask me after I'm done. I will only be taking cash, Venmo, or cards at the door. The cost is $35 per person. Bring a friend and lets purge some heavy energy we've been carrying for a while and leave feeling lighter and calmer.
