Valentine's Day self love sound bath

Cozy up in candle light and enjoy a 45 minute long sound bath by Lunar Peacock Energy Work. This month our theme is self love, and those who are interested can partake in the cacao ceremony prior to our sound bath to help open the heart chakra. I encourage attendees to bring a journal to write in before and after so you can reflect later and if you want to partake in cacao it is important you bring a mug and RSVP. Let Patience the gong put you in a deep relaxed state, while the sounds of crystal singing bowls and chimes lull you into meditation.
